Our clothes come from different companies and they do not all have the same measurement specifications… So to order we suggest to use the following chart and if a piece of clothing wears smaller or bigger, it will be specified in its description.
Note that this grid gives you body measurements and NOT the clothing measurement.

Despite our efforts to keep the site updated as soon as possible, it could happen that an item is out of stock even if you see that it is available. The available quantities are subject to change.
For purchases out of Canada, you have to refer to your Country’s laws and regulations concerning the duties. We are not responsible for any duty fees, opening fees and delays related to duties, if there are.
Returns and exchanges
All exchanges and returns have to be authorised. Therefore, you have to contact us before sending your item back and the Return authorisation number has to be clearly seen on the outside of package returned.
Note that the package returned is under your entire responsibility as long as it is not at destination, so make sure to keep your proof of delivery.
Items at regular price are refundable within 10 days with a proof of purchase. The item should not have been worn, adulterate, damaged or washed, and must have its original labels
Returns fees are not refundable but if you purchase something else to replace your item, we will send it for free.
Also, items on sale are final sales and cannot be exchanged nor refunded.
If your return your item from the United States or international, you have to write on the parcel: Canadian merchandise return otherwise customs could return them to you
